  Rarely do I rate anything 5 stars but the experience of dealing with Theo has been first class. Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old. He has taken the time to explain in depth where I was going wrong and given me more information and time than he needed to. Obviously someone that has a passion for what he does and it shows.   I 100% recommend Theo !! he is professional at anything he does, he’s that sort of bloke.... go big or go home.... I had a problem with a Facebook Wi-fi network at my shop, he came out and sorted it. I’m very grateful to him. I know a little bit but he’s my go to man for anything technical.   I had a problem with my moble phone with the microphone not working so took it to Mac Genie where the problem was sorted very quickly indeed. The service provided was way beyond what you expect these days, highly recomended.

  Theo provided me with an objective overview of the situation regarding my damaged MacBook Pro and allowed me to choose from a number of options. He was extremely knowledgable, very pleasant and helpful and provided excellent customer service

  MacBook battery swollen and distorting the chassis. Battery replaced, dust removed and chassis re-aligned (no charge for the chassis work). All done in good time and good advice received about battery usage.

  I called in a panic when my MacBook Air malfunctioned and I couldn’t access anything. Theo was so kind and helpful and managed to recover all my irreplaceable photos and video clips of my children when they were little. Such a great service I can’t recommend them enough.
