  First time I’ve used Mac Genie and what great service he provided. My son put his bank card in his PS4 while inserting a disc (they had stuck together)🤦‍♀️ Sorted it and did a service on it. Will definitely use again 👍🏼

  I took my boyfriends phone in after he had smashed the camera, Theo was amazing. after a little mishap he rang to tell me what had happened and very kindly paid the extra money on top of what was quoted! cant reccomend enough, will definately use him again. Thanks again Mac Genie

  Theo at Mac Genie was a fantastic help from start to finish, Mac Genie fixed my iPhone 6s and MacBook Pro with a quick turn around. I was very satisfied with the service and Theo's knowledge and expertise was incredibly helpful as I was able to make a good decision to get the right parts at an affordable price for my budget. I can't thank Theo enough for his hard work and staying late on a Friday night so that I could get back to work straight away. I did not expect this and I was very happy and surprised to get a message saying it was ready on the Saturday morning.   MacBook battery swollen and distorting the chassis. Battery replaced, dust removed and chassis re-aligned (no charge for the chassis work). All done in good time and good advice received about battery usage.

  Rarely do I rate anything 5 stars but the experience of dealing with Theo has been first class. Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old. He has taken the time to explain in depth where I was going wrong and given me more information and time than he needed to. Obviously someone that has a passion for what he does and it shows.   I dropped my iPad last week and smashed the screen. Panicked then remembered the add I saw on Boroughbridge Chatter. Found it and the phone number. Rang up, Theo answered my call Nd from then on it was simple. Clear concise information. He even came and picked it up as I have been in self isolation.
