  I dropped my iPad last week and smashed the screen. Panicked then remembered the add I saw on Boroughbridge Chatter. Found it and the phone number. Rang up, Theo answered my call Nd from then on it was simple. Clear concise information. He even came and picked it up as I have been in self isolation. Then today Sunday😳 Theo rang me to see if it was convenient to bring my iPad back as it was fixed. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Thank you so much Mac Genie. So so grateful. Highly recommend this company 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Incredible!! The most convenient service that could possibly be provided, they really did everything up and beyond expectation to help me out and get my iMac back up and running as good as new, I would highly reccomend these to anyone!   I had a problem with my moble phone with the microphone not working so took it to Mac Genie where the problem was sorted very quickly indeed. The service provided was way beyond what you expect these days, highly recomended.

  Theo at Mac Genie was a fantastic help from start to finish, Mac Genie fixed my iPhone 6s and MacBook Pro with a quick turn around. I was very satisfied with the service and Theo's knowledge and expertise was incredibly helpful as I was able to make a good decision to get the right parts at an affordable price for my budget. I can't thank Theo enough for his hard work and staying late on a Friday night so that I could get back to work straight away. I did not expect this and I was very happy and surprised to get a message saying it was ready on the Saturday morning.   Rarely do I rate anything 5 stars but the experience of dealing with Theo has been first class. Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old. He has taken the time to explain in depth where I was going wrong and given me more information and time than he needed to. Obviously someone that has a passion for what he does and it shows.   I 100% recommend Theo !! he is professional at anything he does, he’s that sort of bloke.... go big or go home.... I had a problem with a Facebook Wi-fi network at my shop, he came out and sorted it. I’m very grateful to him. I know a little bit but he’s my go to man for anything technical.   Theo is a very knowledgable and fair computer technician. I say fair because if he can’t fix your device there is no charge even if the problem is out of his hands, as mine was. If you have any issue with your device, Mac Genie is your first stop.
