  Rarely do I rate anything 5 stars but the experience of dealing with Theo has been first class. Not only has he fixed an issue with my macbook that has had me beaten for months but he has improved the performance of it more than I thought possible for a machine 8 years old. He has taken the time to explain in depth where I was going wrong and given me more information and time than he needed to. Obviously someone that has a passion for what he does and it shows. Thank you.

Apple wanted to charge me £650.00 to replace my logic board after i spilled coffee on my Macbook Pro, Mac Genie repaired my original logic board and it only cost me £255.00. Had my laptop back in 4 days, thank you guys you saved me a lot of money.

  Theo is a very knowledgable and fair computer technician. I say fair because if he can’t fix your device there is no charge even if the problem is out of his hands, as mine was. If you have any issue with your device, Mac Genie is your first stop.

I was very satisfied with the service and Theo's knowledge and expertise was incredibly helpful as I was able to make a good decision to get the right parts at an affordable price for my budget.   I 100% recommend Theo !! he is professional at anything he does, he’s that sort of bloke.... go big or go home.... I had a problem with a Facebook Wi-fi network at my shop, he came out and sorted it. I’m very grateful to him. I know a little bit but he’s my go to man for anything technical.   Brilliant speedy service. I contacted Mac genie computers yesterday about a new battery for my iphone. I got an instant reply with a quote and advised they could fit a new battery the next day within 30mins while I waited. Today I called In had a super cup of Yorkshire tea and within 20mins my battery was fitted. Job done! I would highly recommend their services. Thanks Theo and cindy for your great service.
